BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • To confirm 100% your reservation, full payment is not required but at least we will ask for a 50% deposit in advance. The 50% difference WILL BE DONE UPON ARRIVAL IN OUR OFFICE BY CARD OR CASH IN USD OR THE EQUIVALENT IN PERUVIAN SOLES
  • We require complete information at least 3 days prior to your arrival at the lodge.

Payments can be made using Mastercard, American Express, or VISA credit cards. We kindly can send you a link for your deposit.

We are not responsible for any banking expenses.

Special Deals

A full non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. This will be communicated by email when making your reservation. Remember that it does not apply to refunds and changes.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Cancellations made up to 07 days before the arrival date will be fully refunded less 5% for administrative expenses.
  • Cancellations within 06 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded.

Travel Insurance

Collpas Tambopata Inn Lodge, HIGHLY recommends that our clients protect themselves with travel insurance to prevent any financial losses.

RESPONSIBILITY AND INSURANCE

Collpas Tambopata In Lodge services include only the services described in the selected program.

The guest is responsible for obtaining passports, visas, travel insurance, international and domestic flights, payment for excess baggage charges, items of a personal nature, such as drinks, laundry, communications (phone calls, emails, internet service, etc), gratuities, or any other service not specified in the program.

Collpas Tambopata Inn Lodge is not responsible for extra costs caused by delays or cancellation of air, road, river, or trail travel due to changes in airline schedules, bad weather conditions, civil or government strikes, acts of God or government, acts of terrorism, force majeure (including world or local health conditions), criminal activity, or sickness.
